and clearing systems. CCR provides industry and commerce with quality-assured
and certified product life-cycle systems, which cover all material flow chains
through a software specially developed for tracking and tracing order
processing and documentation. Today, CCR is a success story with a large number
of blue chip customers in various sectors, such as automotive,
electrical/electronics, other industry sectors and retail.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for UK & Ireland, who has, due to our Customers relationships, international experiences in business development and within the automotive sector. Location will be Heathrow Airport Area. The package includes a basic salary up to 30,000 + commission/bonus up to 10,000 + Company Car. Further benefits will be mobile, laptop and 28 holidays.
Job Profile
- You will be responsible for visiting, calling and selling to our clients and prospects.
- Your task is to strengthen the relationship with our customers in our current segment, as well as identify and develop new business areas within the region.
- Identification of new customers within existing segments, as well as new segments.
- You will be working very closely with the other Sales Managers in Europe together with the Headquarters in Munich, in order to achieve sustainable growth in the region.
- You will plan and participate in relevant tradeshows.
- You will have the autonomy and freedom to plan and execute the strategies, which you develop together with the management.
- Reporting to the Sales Director International Accounts, you will have the responsibility of growing our existing business in the UK and Ireland.
The ideal
candidate for this position will be a self motivated individual with ability to
work on own initiative.
Personal Profile
- Top Business School Graduated, preferably MBA holder.
- Candidates must have at least two years work experiences in business development or a proven track record in a previous after sales-oriented position.
- High awareness for computer skills, e.g. MS Office, Powerpoint, Web 2.0 based applications, etc.
- Ability to take initiative and handle different projects in a fast pace and start up environment. You have an excellent negotiating understanding and you are looking for a competitive but fast-growing environment.
- Rigorous, open-minded and fast-thinker, you have excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German is a must. Any additional European language such as French, Spanish or Italian will be an asset.
- High willingness to travel.
