RLG subsidiary Cycleon with new COO
Ernst W. Hoestra (40) is the new Director of Operations of Cycleon, the dutch RLG subsidiary based in Utrecht. Cycleon offers Europe-wide Reverse Logistic Systems in co-operation with national postal services.
Cycleon currently offers such systems in 27 European Countries.
The Cycleon services include the permanent observation and controlling (Tracking & Tracing) of the entire flow and / or disposal of goods, based on the most modern IT solutions.
Cycleon can count world renowned companies such as Canon, Hewlett Packard (hp) and Samsung amongst their customer profile.
As the new COO, Hoestra will be mainly responsible for the Procurement and Operation of the postal and logistical services, the acquisition of new customers into the Cycleon System, Key Account Management and the Operation and Development of IT Systems.
Having successfully completed a degree in Law, Hoestra then undertook a separate degree in Management (INSEAD Rotterdam) before commencing his career at the dutch telephone operator KPN.
Ernst Hoestra brings vital and extensive experience in postal and express postal services. Previous to his installment as COO of Cycleon, Hoestra was charged with developing the postal services in Europe and Asia.
The holding company of Cycleon Netherlands B.V is the Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) based in Dornach near Munich.
Other members of the RLG are CCR (specialists in Reverse Logistics Systems for the automotive and electronics industries) as well as Vfw (sales and transport packaging) based in Cologne.
